Writer's Block: B.Y.O.B. Holidays  
My holiday wishlist is the following:
- A pump espresso machine
- A tablet (although there's no real reason I need one...)
- An exercise bike
- A scale (a Withings one would be neat, but not necessary)
- A FitBit

I think that, just by thinking of the above though, the thing I want most for the holidays is the willpower, perseverance, and determination to stick it with my weight-loss and fitness goals. And maybe just with the decisions I will be making in the near future.

It's a time of change for me and my goals include:
- Significant weight loss
- Passing the CPA exam
- Grad school (Masters? PhD?)

And last but not least, I wish for more time so that I could catch up with people that I haven't seen in so long.

Fun useful fact!

The best way to weight loss is to build muscles, which is to say, weight training. It's more effective than a ton of aerobics, and makes you look hot too!
